  • Make payments within agreed timelines

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing for services, distribution, and consulting will be communicated separately through quotations or agreements.
  • Payments must be made within the agreed payment period.
  • Delayed payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, strategies, materials, logos, and business documents provided by Selfloved remain the intellectual property of Selfloved unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or misuse proprietary materials without prior written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business information, pricing, strategies, operational data, and any sensitive information shared during the partnership.

7. Limitation of Liability

Selfloved strives to ensure reliable execution and service quality. However, we are not liable for:

  • Market fluctuations or sales performance
  • Delays caused by third-party logistics or external factors
  • Regulatory changes affecting product sales
  • Indirect or consequential business losses

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship with prior written notice, subject to completion of pending obligations and settlement of dues.

9. Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all products and business activities comply with local laws, FMCG regulations, labeling standards, and safety requirements.

10. Modifications

Selfloved reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will become effective upon publication or communication.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
